Manding Foli's goal is to pass on the musical culture of Guinea, african percussion, in many different ways like:

• regular percussion courses
• teambuilding
• events in schools (e.g. "Africa day")
• organising danse and percussions workshops
• repairing teaching material
• organising and participating in international music and danse workshops
